We had 44 hikers and then hit the Cove and did some paddle boarding and Kayaking

Biggest Winner Bryan Paschall is still going strong

Live at Five at Four catches up w/ Bryan one of our Biggest Winners. He has kept off the weight and now off all Diabetes Mediicine and helping MIssy Kane lead her GEt on Local Trail hikes

Indian Boundary bound to please

I like to plan a fit fun b day trip every June so Indian Boundary was the pick.  And despite me not being a big "camper" it was the best camping spot I've seen.  And just 10 miles Back down cherohayla parkway is turn to bald river falls.   So besides hiking and paddle boarding around the calm pretty Indian boundary lake. I joined bike buds and a crew from West  Bike shop for a 37 mile great ride. 

  We rented boards from River Sports and hauled 3 bikes and two kids so u can imagine our loaded down Freestyle 

  But worth all the effort

We had fun w 35 plus on get on local trail for Legacy Park.  Thx hikers and Thompson Cancer for fun fundraiser 

And great food at the Round Up. Some went to King Tuts.  Then took donations to CP center
